Örbital Audio enters its first orbit with Thönis – Vortex EP [ORB001], a debut release that defines the core identity of the label: deep, minimal, and intentionally crafted sound. Created by Dutch producer Thönis, the EP blends rolling low-end, atmospheric motion, and restrained dub elements shaped with clarity and precision. Across four tracks, Vortex, Cruising Altitude, Whiteout, and Whiteout (Otawanta Remix), the release explores controlled movement and spacious sonic design. Vortex rotates around warm bass pressure and subtle rhythmic pull, introducing the gravitational center of the EP. Cruising Altitude rises into steady forward motion, shaped by air, height, and smooth evolution. It moves with clarity and controlled lift, opening the EP into wider space.
